1. About these terms
These terms apply when you register a child with NBA Basketball School Lebanon (“we”, “us”) for a year-round program, a holiday camp, an international camp or a free trial. By registering, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian and that you accept these terms.
2. Registration and places
Submitting a registration requests a place; it does not guarantee one. Our team reviews every registration and confirms each place by email. When a group or camp session is full, your child joins its waiting list and we contact you as soon as a place opens.
Please give accurate, complete information and keep it up to date. You can see your registration at any time on the private page linked in your confirmation.
3. Ages and groups
Programs and camps are for boys and girls of the ages shown on each one, checked against your child’s date of birth. Coaches place children by age and level and may recommend a group that suits your child better. For camps with age groups, you choose the group when registering.
4. Health, fitness and emergencies
You confirm that your child is fit to take part in sport. Tell us about any medical condition, allergy or medication when you register, and let us know if anything changes.
If your child is unwell or injured during a session, we contact you or your emergency contact straight away, and call emergency services if needed.
5. Waivers for camps
Some camps require the parent or guardian to agree to the terms and conditions online when registering, and to print, sign and hand in the following documents on the first day of the camp:

6. Fees and payment
We confirm the fees for your registration with your confirmation. Please quote your registration reference with every payment. A receipt is available for every payment we record.
7. Changes to sessions and camps
We may need to change a schedule, coach or venue, or cancel a session, for example for safety reasons or circumstances beyond our control. When that happens, we tell you as early as we can by email, WhatsApp or phone.
8. Code of conduct
We want every child to enjoy a safe, positive environment. Players, parents and guardians agree to:
- respect coaches, staff, other players and families;
- follow the coaches’ instructions and the venue’s rules;
- never bully, harass or discriminate against anyone;
- look after the equipment and the facilities.
We may ask a player or family to leave a session, or end a registration, after serious or repeated breaches.
9. Photos and videos
We only use photos and videos of your child on NBA Basketball School Lebanon channels if you agree to it when registering.
10. International camps
Each player needs a valid passport that does not expire before the trip ends, and must meet any visa or travel requirements of the destination. We guide families through these requirements.
